What is the difference between PROPACS and ‘one off uploads?
Our ‘one off upload’ service offers health professionals the option to upload their patients’ images online and pay for report at the time of request.
Should you wish to upload patient images more regularly, we recommend PROPACS. PROPACS is a web based PACS software that we remotely install on your acquisition PC or server to enable manual or auto uploads. Please see `About PROPACS` for more information.

What is the turnaround time for reporting?
We provide a speedy turnaround on routine radiology reports 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We also offer a priority service for medically urgent cases.
Can referring healthcare providers speak with your radiologists?
Absolutely! As a PROPACS client, our radiologists are available via phone during daytime hours to discuss patient findings / reports.
As a PROPACS client, will my images be secure?
Yes, all images are de-identified, encrypted, compressed and transmitted using the same cyber-security as global financial Institutions; SSL 2048 bit key pair security certificate.
