Cathy Hoole is PRO Radiology's General Manager – Operations, and has helped shape the way PRO delivers its services since 2012.

Cathy joined PRO Radiology in 2012 in customer service and has progressed through operational and management roles to General Manager, bringing more than 14 years of experience in radiology and teleradiology operations.

Cathy oversees PRO Radiology's day-to-day operations, working closely with clients, radiologists, administration and IT teams to keep teleradiology services running smoothly and maintain a high standard of customer service. Her responsibilities span administration, customer service, client relationships, business development and new client onboarding, and she has played a key role in PRO Radiology's growth over that time, bringing in new clients and helping improve the operational processes, workflows and service delivery behind the business.
