Michael Paholski is PRO Radiology's Manager, IT & Systems, keeping every diagnostic report reaching clinicians quickly and reliably.

Michael brings fifteen-plus years in medical imaging IT across Australian radiology practices, holding a Bachelor of Applied Science (Computing) and a Graduate Certificate in Management. He's a member of HL7 Australia and the Australian Institute of Digital Health.

Michael oversees the technology behind PRO Radiology's outsourced radiology reporting service, including the integrations that move imaging and reports between client sites and radiologists, the RIS, PACS, and reporting systems, and the infrastructure underneath it all.

Day to day, he builds and supports those interfaces, monitors the systems carrying clinical work, and manages PRO's technology vendors and new systems as the business grows.

He brings fifteen-plus years in Australian radiology IT, spanning PACS/RIS administration, systems architecture and report-delivery integrations with public health services in NSW and Queensland.

Michael brought PRO's IT management in-house, moving all systems to a modern cloud platform with no interruption to clinical reporting, and built a Master Patient Index that keeps patient records correctly matched across referring sites. He is also designing PRO's new teleradiology workflow platform.
