Sean Cowan is PRO Radiology's Founder and Board Chairman, having established the business in 2009 and overseen its growth ever since.

Sean is a seasoned entrepreneur with a track record of founding, scaling and exiting multiple businesses across diverse sectors including healthcare, food, property, infrastructure and technology. He combines an entrepreneurial mindset with institutional private equity expertise, holding both undergraduate and Master's degrees in Business (B.Comm, M.B.A., M.NLP).

Having founded PRO Radiology in 2009, with prior experience in allied health, Sean's focus has been engaging skilled, experienced people to build and manage the business to a standard that exceeds industry expectations. As Board Chair, his role is to ensure appropriate governance and probity standards are maintained across the business.

Sean's experience bridges business building and corporate governance, drawing on capital structuring, private equity and exit execution, alongside corporate governance, legal structures and probity compliance. He believes a business only thrives with a stable, engaged shareholder base that is genuinely committed to its mission.
